I'll pretend I don't know where your timeshare is and answer generically.

If your timeshare is on a BP's system then they (and therefore you) have
access to the Showcase (?) or whatever it is called these days site.
However the download is large so I'd personally prefer the DVD or CD set
anyway.  You timeshare owner can give you a copy of the DVD/CDs to install
from.  Whether they _chose_ to do so or not is a different issue, but they
can.
