Java program to take a request and submit ISeries Job

HI I am seeking the Java code that would allow the following. A user will send 
an email to a specific address. In the subject line they will include for 
example the style - color they are interested in for an inventory report. The 
Java program will validate, and take these parameters, submit the appropriate 
job on the 400, and send back the report to the sending email address. If you 
have such code please let me know how this is done.
