Because of the unlimited client usage license that comes with it, any of your customers can allow you to install the code and it is legal to use it against any system that has a WDTS (i.e. PDM) license. I do not own a system (among other systems I use Netshare as you do) and I have been using WDSc (and CODE before that) on those systems for years.
