Only problem is if there are only 12 records in the file to read and SFLPAG
= 12, you will normally only attempt to read 12 and not hit EOF until you
try for a Page Down.

Booth, the only thing I've done is that after I've read the 12 records to
load into the subfile, I do an extra read simply to determine if there's
anything after the last record in the subfile.  I always SETLL anyways on a
Page up/down request.
