There was a good article on this topic (with sample source code you can
download) in eServer magazine iSeries edition a while back...

Although the article does not mention it specifically, the downloaded save
file contains source code for RTVLPARA (Retrieve LPAR Attributes), a CL
command and CPP written in ILE RPG IV, that can retrieve LPAR-specific
information.
