Thanks Scott, Mike and Brad,

I modified the Content-disposition line in SNDEMAIL and it works great now.

I was confusing x'15' (which I use in cgi programs for content type header
stuff) with cr lf.  just another case of doing something by example but not
really knowing exactly what I was doing.... :(

I'm a happy camper now.
