I think the OS/400 job scheduler has to be running. Perhaps you did not complete a normal IPL after your repairs and your job scheduler is not running. It is undesirable to have everyone come to work Monday morning and find that the machine has a message to be answered. Three weeks ago the FE replaced the batteries in our disk controllers and since then the machine has not powered off/on. Does anyone have an idea of what I should check for? The power off/on schedule shows the correct dates/time. Thanks, Greg
