My only problem with that is you don't let other people use the same
hook. I would look to use the RRTJOB command instead and send the job
back through the routing process. The only caveat is that you'll either
have to use different routing data for your initial pass, or for your
subsequent pass.

Then have MYLIB/MYPGM look something like this:

PGM

   CHGMSGQ MSGQ(*USRPRF) DLVRY(*BREAK) PGM(MYBRKPGM)
   TFRCTL PGM(QCMD)

ENDPGM
