Look at the workstation for "Keyboard language type" and in the US it
should be USB.

HI I got a new Dumb Terminal for a user, and it connects fine. There is a
Sign on Screen, but when you go to type in your name, there is no
characters. Tried this w/ a second keyboard same results.

Not sure how to T/S?
