Thanks Larry. That is what I had thought too. Looking at the rack and the cables it just looked like the wall power (220) was going into the PDU, maybe it is, so we started to doubt it. I couldn't understand why power wouldn't go through the UPS. We will probably just put our existing UPS's on top of the rack to power the xSeries and keep it simple.
