Just to clarify, our HMC is part number 7310-CR2.  I googled it and got 
this:

It basically says here that we need either 7316-TF3 or an external KVM 
solution.

I guess that answers my questions, except does this 7316-TF3 really not 
come with the keyboard and mouse too?  What are those part numbers?

PS - This HMC is just an xSeries 335 (even says so on it).
