RE: Client Access bypass signon

Actually there is.  If your iSeries are at a V5R2 or higher level you can
configure Network Authentication Service and EIM.  When your machines are
configured correctly you can flip a switch in iSeries Access to use Kerberos
tickets for authentication instead of user id and password.  This works for
all of the iSeries Access functions, including ODBC, eliminating the need
for storing passwords on your workstation.  Since user id and password are
never sent to the iSeries there is no reason to have to synchronize your
passwords.

Is there a way to set an iSeries so that I don't have to sign onto every
session?  I tried "bypass signon" but that only does 1/2 of the signons..
