Subject: FTP to iSeries

I am having a Friday moment. I want to FTP a file form my PC to the
iSeries. I want to put the file in a specific directory in the IFS. The
LCD command works to change the directory on the PC, but when I enter
the command cd /HBOS I get: File must be specified by
library/file.member. If I enter cd HBOS I get: Specified library does
not exist or cannot be accessed. Current library not changed. I have
tried using namefmt 1 and binary before I enter the command.
What am I missing?
