Also check/set/manipulate/override/etc the printer file QPQUPRFIL since
that's what Query uses.

Is there a printer device to go along with the output queue defined 
in the Query?  IIRC, there's some sort of mixup where Query assumes 
there's a device named the same as the queue and if they're not both 
defined it defaults to the system printer.
