John, I don't have written proof, but the upgrade to V5R3 that we just received had WAS Express in it. This is for a 270 we've had a while, both at V5R1 and V5R2. It has the full WAS product (Network Deployment now), but Express cam with it anyway.

I do remember hearing or reading that WAS Express is finding its way to the OS - it eventually won't even be a separate install, IIRC.
