I stand corrected but not convinced yet that many of us do not really 
understand the nature of our documentation problems. Yes, I am usually behind 
the 
leading edge of the technical power curve but then that is why we have 
technical 
discussions and occasionally someone has to lift the rug to see what's been 
collected.
