Jan, Found it.....the instructions for restricting IFS access is actually containing in a IBM Software Technical Document related to viruses on the AS/400. The link to the specific section in the document I used is: http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/3cdf5d853ca698198625680b00020369/d002c0dc75925cb2862568db004e203b?OpenDocument&ExpandSection=3.1&Highlight=0,viruses#_Section3.1 I used the information to insure proper backup of the IFS and of QUSRSYS without being in a Restricted State.
