It took lots of complaints to Dell management to get them to pull
business service back to US. I suggest the same for IBM. Go to the top.
It's unacceptable to businesses to pay support & have to deal with this.
Nor would I expect a business outside this country to have
to put up with understanding some of the more unique US dialects..
