I called to straighten out a bill, and after explaining the situation to someone, they decided I needed to be sent somewhere else. I got a "service rep" who could barely repeat back my customer number. After about four minutes of getting basic information to this person, she then put me on hold until somebody finally came on line, and I basically had to repeat everything all over again. All said and done it cost me an extra 20 minutes to go through all the layers. And this was to PAY the bill, mind you. Joe
