PlanetPress Print software and iSeries

Has anyone used the PlanetPress4 printing software in iSeries environment?
This is being recommended, along with Canon ImageRunner 8500
and 3200 Color printers to a customer. The software runs on a network server 
(although salesperson from Ikon thinks it also runs on an iSeries).
Has capability to take printer datastream (remote outq) and 
add considerable customization, and print in postscript to Canon
or fax or email.  This is a small shop, but very heaving print (b&w, color),
fax, email requirements. Any comments appreciated.
