Mike,
I believe most of the SMTP directories on the IFS are in /QTCPTMM under
root. The directories under QTCPTMM hold the SMTP processing files, user
folders, etc. You can use Navigator to drill into the IFS, or use the
WRKLNK command from the iSeries side. I'm not sure if you can view the
files using WRKLNK though.

Good luck,

Subject: SMTP server

All,

We need to look at an email source from an email that was generated by a
program and run through the iSeries SMTP server. The program generating the
email is on another system and using the iSeries SMTP server to send. I am
suspecting that the email is written to the IFS before it is sent, during
the SMTP server processes. Could anyone tell me where it would be written
on the IFS before it is sent?

Mike
