e-Mail via peer-to-peer network using SNDDST without ISP

Is it possible to e-mail reports via our peer-to-peer network using SNDDST
and without configuring SMTP to go to our outside Mail Server?
We have a lot of reports management would like to distribute internally via
email but does not want them to go out through our ISP. But he does want
them emailed as opposed to just placing them on the IFS (go figure)

Any help would be appreciated.
