Can MS Access create an *SQLPKG via ODBC?

hey all,

I've found something interesting on our production box, an SQL Package
created by a power Access user.

She has no command authority when signed on, and wouldn't know an SQL
package if it bit her.

But she does create Access dbs that retrieve iseries data via ODBC.

Can ODBC create an sql package?   How can I see what data this package is
accessing?
