Re: Creating Partitions

I wouldn't create partitions on a live box unless you like to play Russian
Roulette.  If you have designed and configured them, they are very very
simple.

Creating the partition is not the issue, that is easy and you can do that.
But assigning resources to those new partitions, means you would taking
(Buses & IOPs) from your live environment, and not sure that is really
what you want to be doing.  Is this a test machine you could live without
if it got screwed up?
