I'm not commenting one way or the other as to whether or not that works, but
you had better be pretty careful messing with stuff like that I would think.

YEARS ago we had problems with Control Units acting up, hanging, etc and IBM
Support walked me through resetting things "deep in the system" via Service
Tools and it was something else :-)
