The information you show has 3=Database for output - not 2=Printer. So your query, which you are using for both database and printer output, it seems, is saved as database output. And RUNQRY has no option for changing the hold option. Try saving the query as printer output, with hold off. Then the printer version should work, and the database version won't care.

Your second RUNQRY, BTW, has *PRINTER for output but still has an outfile specified - these don't go together - RUNQRY probably ignores the outfile, but it'd be better to leave it off, AFAIK.

Also, take a look at PRTF QPQUPRFIL and see what its settings are (use DSPFD).
