RE: IBM Fix Central Broken?

When I have problems with IE I usually click:

Tools->Internet Options->Delete Cookies     + 
Delete Files->Delete All Offline Contents   + 
Clear History

I know it's a sledge hammer approach but it often helps solve mysterious
link failures.
