There's no way I can argue that we've been waiting for CL functionality
for a LLOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG time.  I'm not going to argu that point.  And, I
remember the meetings at COMMON back in (Baltimore I think!) where the
ball actually got rolling on identifying CL needed functionality....

I just want to know what the thoughts are in terms of what defines
reasonableness.
