I posted one to RPG400-L that translates to 1208 (UTF-8) last week :)

It also works with CCSID 13488, all you have to do is change the 1208 to
13488 and it works.  (I just tried it)  This may require V5R1 or later,
though, since I think that the IFS only supported codepages (not full
CCSIDs) in V4R5.
