Hm, mine has:

Estimated system access path recovery time . . . : 23
Minutes
Total not eligible recovery time . . . . . . . . : 0
Minutes
Total disk storage used . . . . . . . . . . . . . : .245 MB

% of disk storage used . . . . . . . . . . . . . : .000

Type changes, press Enter.

System access path recovery time . . . 90 *SYSDFT, *NONE,
*MIN,
                                                          *OFF, Recovery
time
  Include access paths . . . . . . . . . *ALL *ALL, *ELIGIBLE

------Access Path Recovery Time------ -----Disk Storage
Used-----
ASP Target Estimated Megabytes ASP %

1 *NONE 23 .151 .000

2 *NONE 0 .094 .000

F14 doesn't show any "protected access paths"

Are most of your access paths explicity journalle? That may make SMAPP
unneeded.
