We did.  IBM had to make some changes at their end that took a lot of
testing and time.  We weren't the only ones having problems.  I guess that
having things like NAT/no NAT, firewall/no firewall, DMZ/no DMZ, what brand
router, other whatnots/no whatnots, and every combination thereof, caused
problems for IBM.
