The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

up until a few months ago I would have blindly agreed with you. I won't
argue the merits of various emulators as I am pretty hard pushed to see the
need for a C/A license for most end users when a decent telnet client is
all they need, but I have come round to kinda liking Ops Oavigator.
The V5R2 release I am using actually does what it does pretty nicely, has
some useful functions, is as stable these days as anything else I use on
Windows, and does things you just can't do on a green screen. The database
navigator stuff, the network configuration utilities and the disk
management processes are all highly usable. I've done a lot of work with it
testing IASP configurations and I'm pushed to see how it would have been
better on a green screen. Some of the management central functions and
tasks are also pretty handy. Its well worth taking the time to check out
all the functions: it may surprise you.
For all the screen screen purists out there, it does annoy me that IBM
provides functions in the GUI without also providing a command, but that
doesn't mean the GUI doesn't have its place.

Oh, and I stand corrected on the "overpriced" part where CA and Navigator
are concerned. From where I sit, though, they still look like bloatware
that (in the case of the latter) an awful lot of people only use because
they have no other choice.
