Documentation on IBM's XML Parser APIs

Does anyone have documentation on IBM's XML Parser APIs that are in service
program QZSRXMLP in library QHTTPSVR.  I am writing a CGI program to
receive in XML data and would like to use the XML Parser API but I do not
know the required parameters for the APIs.
