I know of companies that pickup by school bus the number of workers they need for the day. They are all legal. They get paid by the hour, and if they don't come in, it's no big deal. If you go, take my badge with you, scan it. We both get paid. If you get fired, no big deal, you'll just get on the other companies school bus. This is real world stuff. Art Tostaine, Jr. CCA, Inc. But I do agree though, what is the point if you don't enforce the rules. In all honesty, if they are clocking other people in with their badges and disregarding the rules, what other rules are they disregarding? Sure, the fignerprint scanner will solve the clock in problem, but it still won't solve the problem of discipline. I know you have no say in it, but it is just silly when you see upper management do things liek that. The company I work for is liek that. They make rules but don't enforce them.
