splf(*last/list)

I have the above code in my s36 proc.my question is
if the spool file that is being emailed gets printed
out and is no longer in the outq

will I get yemail fail because there is nothing to
email any more?
if any spool files that are left in outq because of
any other process , are they going to be picked up as
per the code ( splf(*last/list)) and then sent ?
actually i didnt get  end of day statement yesterday ,
but when checked in outq, its no longer in outq. I had
to pick up file from the system and then sent my
email.
would really appreciate your help.....
