We are doing the following: We are NOT using iSeries Job accounting. One real person may have multiple iSeries signon's. In the user profile on the iSeries, in the "Accounting code" field, we enter the following 01.073 - 09651 01.073 is my department. 09651 is my employee number. We've modified the nab in Domino to include this as a field. Once a day, using LEI, we copy certain fields from the NAB to a file on the iSeries. When a job runs under a user profile it retrieves the accounting code from the user. Then it uses that to look up the email in this other file. Mike, Since you've physically toured our building, perhaps you could talk to Chris to get our modifications? We have other files to email to certain groups. For example, if job INVXXX runs for company 13, then it will use our command SNDEMEMC to send an email Group name . . . . . . . . . . . I need to be able to synchronize iSeries ID's to an email address. I hate the idea of maintaining this manually but from where I sit I can't see any automated way of handling this. We currently use Lotus Notes and will of course someday be doing some stuff with Active Directory and LDAP. So, the question may be short term and long term in nature. I realize it is open ended but what are people doing currently to have this integration and hopefully to automate as best possible. And then long term are there any implications with this process?
