John,
What PC OS are you using and how do you access the 400 now?
If you are using Client Access, and you currently have Excel or another ODBC
compliant spreadsheet, you can use the Client Access ODBC drivers to extract
directly into your spreadsheets.

Subject: PC Data Access Tools

I am looking for a tool to extract data from different files on the 400
and display the data results in a spreadsheat like tool which has the
capability to do further analysis (sort, summarize, count, average, etc.)

Please forward recommendations. Thanks.
