You can always do a CRTDIR '/QNTC/pcname') to make a PC accessible.

It is possible for the iSeries to find the PC on its own, but it requires a
WINS server to be configured on your network.  You'll need to let the
iSeries know where your WINS server is at.  I believe this is done via the
WINS address for the iSeries Netserver.
