084C    Permanent Insufficient Resource: Receiver cannot act on the request
because resources required to honor the request are permanently unavailable.
The sender should not retry immediately because the situation is not
transient.

0000    For LU 6.2, Transaction Program Not Available-No Retry: The FMH-5
Attach command specifies a transaction program that the receiver is unable
to start.

The manual is not online because it's Top Secret....

Anyone have the SNA Formats manual handy? 

If so, what's this:

The Systems Network Architecture (SNA) error log was       
   received for file QCNDDMF in library QSYS in job
   711006/OMX75MAD/KPERRY1.    
   This message is used to record the SNA error log received. The SNA
   function  
   management header type 7 (FMH7) sense code associated with the SNA
   error log 
   is X'084C0000'.                                                        

And why isn't this manual online?
