That doesn't quite do what I am looking for.  :)  Im having
the problem with using the SSL APIs and it's returning a
BAD_PEER error on the SSL handshake.  I can't find ANY
information on what the heck would be causing that.

I was hoping that somehow I could get something like when
you trace SMTP.. but I guess probably not.
