The thing that's unclear here is are they speaking of OS versions or Client Access versions. I would guess, and it's only a guess, that they will support Client Access V5R2 on Win98 running against a V5R3 box. What they won't support is Client Access V5R3 on a Win98 box. -walden ------------ Walden H Leverich III President Tech Software (516) 627-3800 x11 (208) 692-3308 eFax WaldenL@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.TechSoftInc.com Quiquid latine dictum sit altum viditur. Did anyone else see this little tidbit? " iSeries Access, June 2002: IBM plans to remove the support of the Windows 98 and Windows Me operating systems from the iSeries Access for Windows client. iSeries Access for Windows on Windows 98 and Me will continue to be supported in V5R2, but not in subsequent releases. In subsequent releases, iSeries Access for Windows will not install on Windows 95, 98, or Me operating systems. " Am I alone in thinking ending support for W98 is a bit premature?
