This morning our iSeries said it had a problem,
so I took the 'work with' option. The error
messages were not helpful (the 'a program
I never heard of has an error I never
heard of reported by a process I never
heard of' kind of message) so I reported
the problem. The iSeries phones home
and a minute later the status of the
problem has changed to 'answered'.

The meaning of 'answered' seems to imply
that I am supposed to do something now,
but I cannot figure out what. Can anyone
point me to the problem resolution procedure
manual for v4r5?

Thanks.
