I notice that start -> run with www.google.com it fires up the browser to google. If I start-> run to another website, a new explorer window opens to that site. If I start->run a third time to www.google.com, rather than opening a new window, it activates the window that already points to google. Cool.

This is on win/98, IE 6.0.2800.1106
