ah! exactly right.  Putting apostrophes around the constant might fix that?
or, take off the path.  The PC probably doesn't need the full path to find
the browser, does it? Can you open the browser by typing "iexlorer" on the

I thought that maybe the STRPCCMD had a problem with the space.  That's
why I created the shortcut in the root, but that didn't help either.
