Creat subsystem/jobq -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi !

I have problem to get a new subsystem/jobq to work.
I have run: 
crtsbsd
crtjobq
crtjobd
addjobqe

The jobq have the new subsystem:

 SVLON          QGPL                0     SVLON           RLS 

But if sbmjob a test to the jobq i get CPC1117.
The msg suggest my to run ADDRTGE

The subsystem is only for batch job.

What am i missing ?
