The value on your sbmjob cmd are PRTDEV(hp4300) OUTQ(hp4300)
The user is sbmjob.
All the PRTF file's did have PRT01, so i change the file's to *JOB.

On Monday i will ask the user to try again.

What is the value on your sbmjob cmd? The default is *current.
SBMJOB CMD(CALL PGM(TEST)) PRTDEV(*CURRENT) OUTQ(*CURRENT)
Who is doing the submit. you or the user?
What is the print device & outq on the printer file? (use DSPFD to see)
 Printer Attributes
   Device  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : DEV        *JOB
Spooling Description
  Spooled output queue  . . . . . . . . . . . : OUTQ       *JOB

If print file is left to default *JOB, and job description is left to
default *USERPRF
Job description

 Output queue . . . . . . . . . . OUTQ           *USRPRF

and user profile printer device is ?
