I wholeheartedly agree with Joe on this one. I think a reasonable case could be made that you don't want to just target the decision-makers -- you want to target a bigger audience and thereby create a climate in which moving to (or staying with) an iSeries makes sense to a lot of people who aren't directly involved in the process. We can argue all we want (and we likely will ;-), but I think there are a lot of people who would prefer to say to their dentist friend at a party that they're switching to an iSeries and have the friend nod admiringly instead of saying, "A what?"
