Jim, I noticed that my client access transfer data menu options disapeared last week - they are back now. don't know why. but the client access toolbar was still there (2 button toolbar - one button looks like a table or open book, the other looks like a window on top of a piece of paper. try those. as i said, the menu options are back now, so I don't know why they disappeared last week. hth, rick ----------original message---------- Have remote site CA V5R2 (w/svcpack)user with W2K pro, Excel 2002 Selective setup says Excel plugin is installed. Excel (Data) has no plugin options to transfer to/from iSeries. CA installed after Excel. Any ideas? tia jim
