CA Excel plugin missing options -- MIDRANGE-L

Have remote site CA V5R2 (w/svcpack)user with W2K pro, Excel 2002
Selective setup says Excel plugin is installed.
Excel (Data) has no plugin options to transfer to/from iSeries.
CA installed after Excel.
Any ideas?
