Any ideas?

Rick, I am curious. How do you need the phone system to integrate with the
AS400?

We are currently looking to upgrade our telephone systems and their integration to the 400.

We are trying to review products such as callpath 400 (now renamed to
genesis I think) and cothern systems and anything else that will bring the
400 and our phone systems together in harmony.

I would appreciate information from anyone's experiences in this area and
also any info on the merits of using "voice over IP" systems as opposed to
independent telephone - computer connections.

Thanks much.
